Alexi discovered her passion for bartending in 2011 and has since become a recognized mixologist, winning awards for her creations. She is now the founder of the Cocktail Collective, a platform where people can enhance their bartending skills and gain a deeper understanding of spirits.

Ashley Runyan, a collaborating instructor for the Charcuterie and Cocktails class, is a globetrotting charcuterie enthusiast who has developed a passion for creating stunning charcuterie boards after discovering the art while traveling in France. Her venture, Boards By Ashley, offers meticulously curated charcuterie boards and lavish Graze Tables, providing memorable and elegant culinary experiences for events and gatherings.

Ethan is a field paleontologist and instructor with a passion for dinosaurs and the prehistoric world. He owns a business that offers paleoart commissions and customized merchandise, and is excited to teach a class at the cocktail collective combining his love for dinosaurs with mixology, creating a unique and educational experience.

Ivy, a witch and intuitive reader, combines her innate abilities with her passion for teaching to provide transformative readings. Using tarot as her preferred method, she taps into the spiritual realm to offer deep insights and guidance to her clients.
