My Divine Valentine
Ingredients:
1 oz. Rye
1 oz. Chocolate Liqueur
2 oz. Pitted Cherries
2 oz. Vanilla Almond Milk
2-3 Dashes of Almond Bitters
Garnish: Pomegranate seeds
Glass: Coupe or cocktail glass
Instructions:
Combine all ingredients in a blender with a cup of cubed ice. Blend until smooth
Pour over into a cocktail glass and garnish with whipped creme and pomegranate seeds
Mocktail Variation:
Remove the Rye.
Substitute the chocolate liqueur with either chocolate syrup
OR substitute the liqueur and almond milk for chocolate milk.
Continue to follow the instructions as is.
Love Language
Ingredients:
1 1/2 oz. Gin
3/4 oz. Hibiscus Liqueur or syrup
1/2 Lemon, freshly juiced
2-3 slices of strawberry
Top with champagne
Garnish: Mint and Strawberry Hearts
Glass: Cocktail glass
Instructions:
In a cocktail shaker combine all ingredients (except the champagne) and a 1/2 cup of ice. Shake for 8-10 seconds
Strain over fresh ice and top off with champagne ( just right below the sugar rim)
Garnish with strawberry hearts and a bushel of mint
Mocktail Variation:
Remove the gin.
Use Hibiscus syrup
Substitute champagne for Trader Joe's sparkling plum lemonade
