Cocktails and Valentine's Day go hand in hand as they both evoke a sense of romance and indulgence. A perfectly crafted cocktail can add a special touch to your Valentine's Day celebration, making it even more memorable. Whether you're in the mood for something sweet and fruity, or something bold and spicy, the right cocktail can enhance your mood and set the tone for a night of love and laughter. So, raise a glass and toast to love and all its sweetness with a special cocktail this Valentine's Day.


My Divine Valentine


Ingredients:

1 oz. Rye

1 oz. Chocolate Liqueur

2 oz. Pitted Cherries

2 oz. Vanilla Almond Milk

2-3 Dashes of Almond Bitters

Garnish: Pomegranate seeds

Glass: Coupe or cocktail glass


Instructions:

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender with a cup of cubed ice. Blend until smooth

  2. Pour over into a cocktail glass and garnish with whipped creme and pomegranate seeds

Mocktail Variation:

  • Remove the Rye.

  • Substitute the chocolate liqueur with either chocolate syrup

  • OR substitute the liqueur and almond milk for chocolate milk.

  • Continue to follow the instructions as is.

 

Love Language

Ingredients:

1 1/2 oz. Gin

3/4 oz. Hibiscus Liqueur or syrup

1/2 Lemon, freshly juiced

2-3 slices of strawberry

Top with champagne

Garnish: Mint and Strawberry Hearts

Glass: Cocktail glass


Instructions:

  1. In a cocktail shaker combine all ingredients (except the champagne) and a 1/2 cup of ice. Shake for 8-10 seconds

  2. Strain over fresh ice and top off with champagne ( just right below the sugar rim)

  3. Garnish with strawberry hearts and a bushel of mint
