Whisk(e)y has such a deep and beautiful history.  It's the base for many popular classic drinks and the inspiration for many craft cocktails. Neat, or in your favorite cocktail, whiskey is delicious. 

This is part one in a series where we will be discussing the history of and making a classic cocktail utilizing our featured whiskey. This class will be all about Scottish. whiskies There will be trivia and prizes too! This will be a great experience for those newer to whiskey or aficionados who want to know more about its amazing history.
