Do I have to attend every part of the course?
It is not required to attend every part. Each part will inevitably tie into the next. To receive the certificate of completion, attendance and participation in every part are required.
What if I don't drink? Can I still participate?
There is no requirement to drink to participate. That being said, if you are unable to sample the spirits to determine taste profiles for how to pair and mix properly, this course may not be worth it for you.
