About the Event
Do you love mixology and the world of classic cocktails? This class takes those passions to the next level. Art of The Craft is celebrating World Cocktail Week (May 6th-13th), a global celebration of cocktails. It marks the publication date of the first definition of a cocktail, May 13, in 1806. The New York tabloid The Balance and Columbian Repository defined a cocktail as "a stimulating liquor, composed of spirits of any kind, sugar, water and bitters."
This class will be taught by the amazing and award-winning bartender/mixologist, Alexi Fisher. We want to guide you through the flavor wheel and help you understand how flavors connect. We will create two unique, obscure, and balanced cocktails during this class. Get your seats and prepare to challenge your taste buds!
